Do Coworking cater to all the organizations?
All of the tech companies can effortlessly adapt to this evolving work culture. But it doesn’t mean that logistics, fintech, or BPOs cannot avail of the benefits of this business model. They sure can, but on a smaller scale when compared to tech companies.
To decide whether or not your organization should adapt to these business ways, then think about what part of your team can effortlessly remotely work and what part of your organization require office space. After that, discuss with other decision-makers in your organization and conclude.
But if your organizational demands are so that everyone must be present in the office, then you don’t need to consider these changes.
Challenges in this business model
Often remote employees will feel left out because you would be interacting the most with the employees present on the shop-floor. To tackle this problem, call your remote employees a few times to the office if it’s possible, else have virtual meetings or one-on-ones with everyone. Doing so will make remote employees feel connected with the office culture and would keep them happy.
Also, ask if the remote employee would want to commute to the office or would love to work remotely because not everyone loves remote working. You don’t want to put any of your employees in a state where they’re not comfortable working in as it could hamper productivity and efficiency.
