The Xbox is overheating and I am really not sure how to fix it. I replaced the inner fan. This is sold as a lot. The Kinect was purchased used but we never hooked it up to use it because of the overheating. Comes with all the games seen, the console, the Kinect, HDMI cable, two wireless controllers with new batteries, and two wired controllers.
