Easy to Use | Grabbing IMT or PEP body, turn the adapting part(adapter connection) to choose the inhalation/exhalation resistance. If you want to exercise inhalation only, select the IMT resistance as you want and set the PEP resistance to the lowest. If you're going to exercise exhalation only, vice versa. If you want to practice the dual mode, set each IMT and PEP resistance as you want. Then cover the mouthpiece with your mouth and breathe!
Easy to Clean | To clean this product, remove the mouthpiece and the PEP body and wash them with the rest using water. And then dry them entirely so the spring inside the body won't rust.
